We are the Digital Medication Management team of University of Waterloo's School of Pharmacy.Our team includes experts from the areas of pharmacy, knowledge translation and information sciences. Our mission is to work with the medication management to promote safe and effective use of medication through digital solutions such as: infographics, informational videos, flashcards and more.

Graphic Designer

Designed and created informative materials for students, pharmacists, doctors, health management as well as for the public to promote safe and effective use of medication. I was responsible for condensing large information into summarized points for educational modules, such as flashcards and infographics, as well as create vector graphics to match the given information. Below is an exmaple infographic I was tasked to create prioir to my interview.

I was also responsible for video modules or informative medical videos. I was to study the script and information of health-related topics to create an illustrated vector graphic for the educational material. I recorded, edited and treated a script for animated, narrated educational videos as well as added music, sound effects to animated modules of health-related topics. Below is an example of an informational video which I edited the audio and added sound effects to.

Narcotic Inventory

This module includes information on how should pharmacies protect their controlled substance inventory. I was responsible for designing the entire flashcard deck, I also assisted in story-boarding and editing the sound effects for the informational video.

Pregnancy &
Epilepsy

This module includes 5 key information women with epilepsy should know about how anti-seizure drugs affect birth control and pregnancy. I was responsible for ideating possible inforgraphic designs and creating flashcard assets and vector graphics for the module. Below are the rough designs for the flashcards.

Stewardship

This module includes information about how Antibiotic resistance is a major problem worldwide. This presented 5 key points to help individuals rethink antibiotic prescribing. I assited in designing the flashcard deck but took initiative in designing the infographic.
